As a club, we are dedicated to the enjoyment Chevys and other classic vehicles. Heart of Maryland Classic Chevy Club is local chapter #96031 of Eckler’s Classic Chevy International of Titusville, Florida. Heart of Maryland Classic Chevy Club is incorporated in the State of Maryland as a non-profit organization. We are a family-oriented club and host several car & truck shows each year. Dues are $20.00 per year, payable in January. for a printable membership application. The Club was able to donate to the Alzhemimer's Association this year with a check in the amount of $5000.00 The Covid-19 pandemic has had a profound affect on all of us for the past 7 months. Events such as fairs, carnivals, car shows, cruise-ins have been and are still being cancelled across the region. Unfortunately this year's Alzheimer's Car Show is the latest to fall victim to the virus. At last night's HMCCC meeting, club members voted to cancel the 2020 Alzheimer's Show. The main reasons for this decision are the fact that we would not have the ability to enforce the State of Maryland mandate on wearing masks and social distancing. While this decision is disappointing it is best for our health and safety as well as the health and safety of our participants. We will look forward to hosting the show on September 19, 2021. Due to Covid restrictions, your show and our ability to get together for a formal check presentation were thwarted, but our appreciation is still just as strong!
